A decade of shipping products across fintech, bitcoin, generative AI, and enterprise taught me that the hard part was never the engineering. It was judgment. What to build next, what to cut, what story holds the whole thing together.

Building got easy. Knowing what to build didn't. That gap is where I work.

Right now I help companies use AI to eliminate the operational work nobody should be doing manually. Workflows, automations, systems that run without someone babysitting them. I also do product consulting for teams who need someone with opinions about what they're making and why.

Two acquisitions. Teams from 1 to 20. Platforms from zero to hundreds of thousands of users. Based in Omaha.
