I've spent the last decade shipping products across fintech, bitcoin, generative AI, enterprise, and a few industries I didn't see coming. Two acquisitions, teams from 1 to 20, platforms from zero to hundreds of thousands of users. The through line is the same: figure out what matters, build the right thing, make it work.
Right now I'm focused on two things: helping early-stage teams figure out what to build and why, and building AI systems that do real work for businesses, not chatbots, but assistants that handle email, scheduling, follow-ups, and the other stuff nobody should be doing manually.
